We built the assistant that would not embarrass a brokerage

A language model pointed at a website is fluent, and some of what it says is invented. In this industry an invented answer is a price your client repeats to their lender, a condo rule they plan around, a liability with your name on it.

Website traffic funnelling into qualified, booked conversations

Cite, don’t invent

Every answer is retrieved from the customer’s own content before it is written, and the reply carries the sources it used. When retrieval finds nothing relevant, the assistant says so. An answer that cites nothing shows no sources, because publishing a source under a reply that did not use it is its own kind of invention. This is the rule the rest of the product is arranged around, not a feature bullet.

Some answers are refusals

A fair-housing guardrail runs on every channel and is recorded with every answer, so a complaint can be settled from the record. The assistant declines questions it should decline. We accept that it will sometimes be unhelpful. Being confidently wrong about who may live where is the outcome we design against.

Honest arithmetic

Tokens and phone minutes are different units, and we keep them that way. Converting one into the other would make a dashboard tidy and the arithmetic false. What the models cost and what the carrier charged are recorded separately, and our estimate is reconciled against the real invoice. Where a number is an estimate, the page says so.

Both official languages

English and Canadian French throughout: the assistant, the workspace, the transcripts and this website. Not a translation layer added afterwards for one market, but the assumption the product was built on.

It wears your brand, not ours

The assistant has no product name of its own. It answers as whatever the brokerage calls it, in the brokerage’s colours, on the brokerage’s domain. Our name appears once, in small type. The conversation belongs to the business having it.

The way to judge any of this is on your own content

Send us a listing feed or a handful of documents and we will show you the assistant answering your questions, with sources, before you decide anything.
